What an amazing company this is!
The service given was exemplary !!! From the moment we walked in the door nothing was ever too much trouble. The ease in which our wishes were met, the friendly welcoming warmth we received throughout from everyone and the excellent care that my son received was second to none.
The ease and availability given to us to be able to visit my son as frequently as we wanted was amazing, we just can't thank you all enough, words just don't seem to convey our appreciation high enough.
First and foremost I wanted to know that my son was in safe hands, where he would be looked after, cared for , like a home from home and that was exactly what these wonderful company did and so much more.
We were given a very personal, intimate, caring, loving service as well as being highly professional and immensely competitive.
These people truly are such a credit to this profession and would highly recommend them to everyone.
Thank you Hergest & Cavell from the bottom of our hearts. The personal service that we received during the worst time of our lives will never be forgotten.

Hi all, I wanted to say a massive thank you to you all for the support that you all gave myself and my family through truly a devastating time on our lives.
From the moment my husband and I walked through your door we could feel the compassion, warmth and kindness which embraced us and gave us confidence in your service. I can not thank you enough that you allowed me to visit my mum whenever I wished which gave me strength to push through such a tragic time.
From the moment I met you until current time, I know, I have always had support at the end of the phone, via text and in person. You could not have done anymore for my family and I throughout the period of time from my mum passing to her special day and I can not envisage entrusting anyone else to look after my mum the way you did.

This diffixult time was made easier by Paula and Sharon who were kind, understanding and very helpful during the preparartion for the funeral. Every detail including the order of service booklet was of the highest quality. On the day of the funeral everything was perfectly organised by Peter. I am 100% satisfied with the service provided which was delivered in a professional way to the highest standard.
